5. Token economics
5.1 SPHR Token Allocation:
Total number of SPHR tokens: 1 billion
Team and consultant allocation: 15% (150 million pieces)
For core teams and consultants to ensure long-term project development and technological innovation.
Community and ecosystem incentives: 25% (250 million pieces)
Reward community members and users to encourage participation in platform governance, behavioural incentives and resource contributions.
Staking incentives: 15% (150 million pieces)
Revenue is generated through pledges to support platform stability and provide computing resources for the AI Agent.
Liquidity Mining/Mining Bonus: 20% (200 million pieces)
Users are encouraged to support the platform's operations and resource optimisation by providing liquidity or computing power.
Marketing allocation: 15% (150 million pieces)
For project promotion and marketing activities to increase platform exposure and user engagement.
DAO governance and ecological support: 10% (100 million pieces)
For platform governance, cross-chain collaboration and eco-collaboration support.
5.2 SPHR Token Uses:
Gestion
SPHR token holders can participate in platform governance by voting on key decisions such as new chain integrations, platform security measures, revenue sharing models, and the direction of development of AI Agent-related features. The governance mechanism ensures that the community is able to influence the development of the platform, particularly with regard to intelligent and decentralised computing.
Pledges
Users can pledge SPHR tokens to earn rewards from the platform's revenue. Pledging not only enhances the stability of the platform, but also supports the computing services of the AI Agent. The pledged tokens will provide the AI Agent with the necessary resources and computing power, further incentivising users to participate in the long-term development of the platform.
Transaction cost
SPHR tokens will be used to pay for transaction fees on the platform, including smart contract execution fees and computation fees for AI Agent-related services. By using SPHR tokens for transactions, users of the platform can directly support the AI Agent's intelligent computation and decentralised processing.
Revenue sharing
Token holders will receive a portion of platform revenue based on a percentage of their holdings as part of a sustainable growth model. As AI Agent participation increases, a portion of the platform revenue will be associated with AI-driven features and services, creating broader revenue opportunities for holders.
Incentives and Rewards
SPHR tokens will also be used to incentivise AI Agent contributors and developers, rewarding behaviour that improves the performance of the platform's smart contracts, optimises computational efficiency and enhances resource management. Through token incentives, the platform will encourage innovation and promote the continuous upgrading of AI Agents and the expansion of intelligent services.
5.3 Security and Audit
5.3.1 Smart Contract Audit
In order to ensure the security of the platform, all smart contracts related to SPHR tokens will be audited by a third party on a regular basis to identify potential vulnerabilities and fix them. At the same time, all smart contracts and computing service modules related to AI Agent will also be included in the audit scope to ensure the reliability and security of the platform in terms of decentralised computing and intelligent resource scheduling.
5.3.2 Decentralised control
The Sphere platform uses a decentralised architecture to minimise the risk of a single point of failure. Not only is the platform decentralised in terms of tokens and transactions, but the computation process and data management of the AI Agent is also decentralised, ensuring that users maintain complete control over the platform's operations and their own data.
5.3.3 Data protection and privacy security
The platform will continue to employ advanced privacy-preserving technologies, including homomorphic encryption (FHE) and zero-knowledge proof (ZKP), to ensure the privacy and security of all computation and user data associated with the AI Agent during processing. Both the execution of smart contracts and the manipulation of data by the AI Agent will be conducted with privacy protection and enhanced security.
